Other Social Prescribing Options

Your local Yoga4Health teacher will provide you with guidance on continuing your yoga journey after you complete the Yoga4Health programme. They may also be able to signpost you to other local social prescribing opportunities, or know where you can find out about them. Some useful options are: – 

• The Social Prescribing Link Worker based at your local GP Surgery.
• Your local NHS Neighbourhood Team (if you have one)
• The Physical Activity team based in your local authority (usually district or borough council, or unitary authority)
• Local community groups like U3A, WI and many more
