WHO IS IT FOR

Yoga4Health is an early intervention and prevention programme that will enable you to use yoga-based skills to improve your physical and mental health. You can join the Yoga4Health programme if you suffer from: –

  • Stress, anxiety, low mood, or mild-moderate depression
  • Have prediabetes or Type 2 diabetes
  • Have been identified as being at of cardiovascular disease and need to improve your heart health, physical activitiy and weight management (although Yoga4Health is not specifically a weight-loss programme)
  • Are feeling socially isolated
